EASY STEPS TO RESERVE:
1. Choose either Half Day (10-2 pm or 2-6pm) or Full Day (10-6 pm)
2. SIngle Kayak, Tadem Kayak or SUP : Single Board or Party Board;
(SUP Party Board is for up to 6 people)
3. Pick your Day and Time (10 am or 2pm)
4. Call to RESERVE -706-900-4004.
4. Arrive at the LBO Yak Shack 30 minutes prior to booking time to fill out waiver forms and get any last minutes snacks, drinks, sunscreen, or items you may need.
5. All trips are Rain or Shine. Please dress for the weather.
6. Cancellations due to extreme inclement weather (will receive a rain check for a future date, NO REFUNDS).
7. Parking Fee Required at Morganton Point Recreation Beach Parking Area.
($5 cash or check only payable to the Cradle of Forestry)
Sunscreen, Drinks, Snacks, waterproof bags, water shoes are all available
for purchase at Lake Blue Ridge Outfitters "Yak Shack" Shop at the beach side.

DIRECTIONS TO THE RENTAL YAK SHACK:
Follow Hwy 60 to Morganton, GA, 30560. To Lake Drive. Follow Lake Drive -GO PASS THE CAMPGROUND ENTRANCE, keep on Lake Drive past the Boat Trailer Parking area, to the BEACH Entrance. Pay the parking Fee $5 and enter the parking lot. Lake Blue Ridge Outfitters" YAK SHACK" is on the left side. That is where you will go to rent the Kayaks, SUPS . The Lake Blue Ridge Outfitters Concession has everything you need for a day on the water. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS they are WRONG!
Address 475 Lake Drive, this will lead you into the campground. GO PASS the campground to the BEACH PARKING-Morganton Point Recreation area.
